The version “No-Gi” implies the wearing of a rash guard (is a tight T-shirt with long or short sleeves) and shorts. The most important thing is the uniform must fit close to the body that no to give advantages to anyone during a fight.
The version “Gi” (kimono) implies the wearing of white color uniform. The standard length of the sleeves is below elbow height (elbows must be closed). Sportsmen must wear uniform over the skin. And belts have met the qualification of the sportsmen.

The Seishin Mixed Martial Arts Club (Seishin MMA) was established in 2022 UAE has been committed to promoting comprehensive combat sports, hoping to improve the overall level of local combat sports. Integrated combat sports is a combination of different schools of martial arts Full Contact Karate Ashihara Kaikan, Kickboxing, Shoot Boxing, Arashi MMA etc., combining the advantages of a hundred schools of martial arts. One of our important concepts is to cultivate a new generation of talents, and the goal is to fully promote comprehensive fighting “starting from the details”. The first task is to promote exchanges between local athletes and the international community. Through the organization of diversified activities, including: Energy Fight Kickboxing, Shoot Boxe competitions, Full Contact Ashihara Karate, MMA certification training courses, youth fighting competitions, etc., the popularization of fighting sports is aimed at achieving the goal of connecting international and world competitions. Regardless of position, age, experience, you can also enjoy the fun of fighting sports.
Ashihara Karate is a modern full contact street karate developed from Kyokushin karate by Hideyuki Ashihara with influences from various martial arts including Muay Thai, Pankration, and Jujutsu with an emphasis on Sabaki, using footwork and techniques to turn an opponent’s power and momentum against them and to reposition oneself to the opponent’s “blind” spot. The style is focused on practical application in a real fight including multiple attackers.
Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Japanese kickboxing originated in the late 1950s, with competitions held since then. Japanese Kickboxing is combat sport created by the Japanese boxing promoter Osamu Noguchi and Tatsuo Yamada (Karate practitioner). It was the first combat sport that adopted the name of “Kickboxing“ in 1966.
Shoot Boxe was born in 1982 as a sporting expression of ju jitsu.
The name was then “KICK JITSU”, in light contact and full contact versions. Later the full contact version took the name of SHOOT BOXE. The peculiarity of the discipline consists in its completeness: percussion, landing, ground fighting and finishing techniques are allowed. Pioneer of the discipline Patrizio Rizzoli, current National Coordinator of the sector and Vice President of the WMMAF World Federation of reference.
